Trends and Signals
Price, Conversion Line, and Baseline are used to describe signals faster and more often. It is important to remember that the bullish signals are getting stronger when prices are above the cloud and the cloud is green. Bearish signals are strengthened when prices are below the cloud and the cloud is red. In other words, bullish signals are preferred when the larger trend rises (prices above the green cloud), while bearish signals are preferred when the larger trend falls (prices below the red cloud). This is the essence of trading in the direction of the bigger trend. Signals against the current trend are considered weaker, such as short-term bullish signals in a long-term downtrend or short-term bearish signals in a long-term uptrend.
Conversion Base Line Signals
Chart 4 shows that Kimberly Clark's (KMB forex signals)) is producing two bullish signals in the uptrend. First, the trend is up as the stock is trading above the cloud and the cloud is green. The second signal emerged as the stock moved towards cloud support. The Transformation Line was moved under the Baseline in September to enable setup. Another bullish crossing signal was triggered when the Conversion Line broke above the Baseline in October. Sometimes it is difficult to determine the exact Conversion Line and Baseline levels in the price chart. For reference, these numbers are displayed in the upper left corner of each Sharpchart.

Sonuç
The Ichimoku Cloud is a comprehensive indicator designed to generate clear signals. Chartists can set the trend using the cloud first. Once the trend is determined, appropriate signals can be determined using the price chart, Conversion Line, and Baseline. The classic signal is to call the Conversion Line to cross the Baseline. While this signal can be effective, it can be rare in a strong trend. More signals can be found by searching for prices to cross the Baseline (or even the Conversion Line).
