Hi, I'm posting here because I'm honestly getting concerned and I don't know if this is a normal FAB issue or something more serious.
I have a FAB account in UAE and I usually only get the “Balance Inquiry” SMS when I check my balance from the app or sometimes after an ATM visit. But since yesterday I've started getting balance inquiry messages at random times, even when my phone is in my hand and I'm not opening the FAB app at all.

The strange part is that it's not just one message. It happened multiple times in the evening and then again early morning. The SMS looks like the normal FAB sender, not some unknown number, and it shows my correct account balance, so it doesn't look like a fake phishing SMS.
I checked my transactions and there are no unknown transfers or card payments, but I still feel uncomfortable because I don't understand why the system is triggering balance inquiry alerts without me doing anything. I also haven't used any ATM recently and I'm not using any third party finance apps that could be checking my balance in the background.

Has anyone faced this with FAB before? Could it happen if someone tries to check my balance using my card at an ATM, or does FAB sometimes send these messages because of internal system refresh or failed login attempts? I'm trying to figure out if this is something I should treat as a security issue and block my card immediately, or if it's a known glitch that happens sometimes.
